Do you come to me if my truck breaks down?

Do you come to the weigh station on I-40?
Yes. We run service calls to the weigh station on I-40 regularly. If DOT has you shut down over lights, brakes, an air leak, or tires, call 479-668-3107 and we’ll come to you at the scale house and make the repair so you can get rolling again.
Are you open 24 hours?
Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Breakdowns don’t keep business hours, so neither do we. A real person answers the phone at 479-668-3107 around the clock.
Do you do roadside assistance on I-40?
Yes. Roadside assistance along I-40 is one of the main things we do. We’re based right off Highway 64 near the I-40 interchange in Van Buren, Arkansas, which puts us minutes from the interstate in either direction.
Can you fix a blown air line or air hose on the road?
Yes. Blown air lines and leaking air hose are one of the most common roadside calls we get. We carry hose and fittings on the service truck, so most air leaks can be repaired right where you’re sitting and you’re back rolling the same visit.

Can you repair a trailer on the road?
Yes. We service trailers as well as tractors, including trailer lights, brakes, air lines, landing gear, and tires. Trailer problems don’t always need a tow. A lot of them we can fix where the trailer sits.
What should I have ready when I call for road service?
Your exact location, including the interstate mile marker or exit number if you’re on the highway, plus the truck’s make, model, and year, and a short description of the symptoms. That lets us bring the right parts on the first trip instead of making two.
In-Shop Truck Repair
Where is your truck repair shop located?
Our shop is at 5200 Alma Highway in Van Buren, Arkansas, on Highway 64 just off I-40. It’s an easy in-and-out for a tractor-trailer, and we’re open 24 hours.
Can I bring my truck to the shop instead of using mobile service?
Absolutely. Plenty of work is better and cheaper done in the shop, especially bigger jobs like clutch and transmission work. If the truck is drivable, bring it to us in Van Buren. Give us a call at 479-668-3107 before you head over so we know you’re coming.
Do you do clutch replacement?
Yes. Clutch replacement is one of the bigger jobs we handle in the shop. It needs a bay and the right equipment, so if the truck can still be moved, bring it to 5200 Alma Highway in Van Buren. If it can’t be moved, call 479-668-3107 and we’ll work out how to get it in.
Do you do transmission repair?
Yes. We handle transmission repair and replacement in the shop. If you’re grinding gears, losing gears, or hearing noise out of the transmission, call us before it strands you somewhere worse.
Do you do brake work on semi trucks?
Yes. We do brake repair both in the shop and out on the road. That covers tractor and trailer brakes, and it’s one of the most common things we get called out for when DOT shuts a truck down.
What kinds of repairs do you handle in the shop?
Clutch replacement, transmission repair, engine work, brake repair, tire service, air line and air hose repair, electrical diagnostics, DPF service and regeneration, and trailer repair. If you’re not sure whether your problem is a shop job or something we can handle on the road, call and describe it.
Do you do DPF cleaning and forced regens?
Yes. We handle DPF service and forced regeneration. If your truck has derated or is throwing aftertreatment codes, call us before it shuts you down completely.

What areas do you serve?
We serve the I-40 corridor across western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma. In Arkansas that’s Van Buren, Fort Smith, Alma, and Ozark. In Oklahoma that’s Roland, Sallisaw, Muldrow, and Pocola. If you’re broken down somewhere between those towns, call us anyway. Odds are we can get to you.
Do you do mobile truck repair in Fort Smith?
Yes. Fort Smith is a few minutes from our Van Buren shop, and we run mobile truck repair and roadside service there daily. You can also bring the truck to the shop if it’s drivable.
Do you come to Alma or Ozark?
Yes. Alma is just up I-40 from us and Ozark is a straight shot east on the interstate. We provide mobile repair and roadside service in both, and both are welcome in the shop.
Do you work in Oklahoma?
Yes. We cross the state line regularly for Roland, Sallisaw, Muldrow, and Pocola. Being right at Van Buren puts us close to the Oklahoma line, so eastern Oklahoma road calls are routine for us.
